Baptism that goes with faith in Jesus
as Lord obviously is baptism in the Name of Jesus Mt. 28:18-20 cf Acts 2:38
Peter replied,
"Repent and be baptised, every one of you,
in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of
your sins.
And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38
Once Jesus was reigning as Lord,
even John's baptism was not acceptable (Acts 19:3-5) Note Paul's use of irony
in 1 Cor. 1:10-17 where he appeals to the one baptism.
